Nutrition Counseling and Assessment
In this one-on-one visit we will work together to evaluate current dietary intake, lifestyle, health status, and diet related goals. In this 60 minute consultation we will make a realistic healthy plan and set goals for success and life-long habit formation.

Virtual Nutrition Services
You can have your nutrition consultation from the comfort of your own home or office through a secure HIPPA-compliant portal. Using this method of consultation, I am able to work with patients across state lines and with those not willing to brace the elements outside. This service is occasionally covered by insurance, depending on each patient's plan. When this is not covered by insurance it is charged as an out-of-pocket expense.
Out-of-Pocket Counseling Package
Typically Claudia charges $180/hour, but if you buy a package of 3 visits, the total will be $490 ($50 off)
Typically Kate charges $100/hour, but if you buy a package of 3 visits, the total will be $250 ($50 off)
Nutrition Courses
This Nutrition 101 Course taught by Claudia Hleap-Knight, of Hleap Nutrition, covers the fundamentals of nutrition education, macronutrients, portioning guidelines, and general nutrition tips to help you on your wellness journey.
The Course covers the most common topics that Claudia will cover in the first 1-2 one-on-one session with clients.
