The Registered Dietitians at Hleap Nutrition offer personalized nutrition counseling and education in Philadelphia and New York. We provide both in-person and virtual nutrition counseling for Diabetes, Prediabetes, weight management, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) - formerly PCOS, Gastrointestinal Health, and other nutrition concerns. We provide one-on-one support, insurance-covered counseling, and practical plans designed for long-term success.
Personalized Nutrition Counseling
In this one-on-one visit we will work together to evaluate current dietary intake, lifestyle, health status, and diet related goals. In this 60 minute consultation we will make a realistic healthy plan and set goals for success and life-long habit formation. We provide both in person and virtual nutrition counseling.
