As an outpatient dietitian, you will work with a diverse patient population to provide personalized nutrition counseling and support to help clients achieve their health goals. This position is ideal for a dietitian who is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health through nutrition.

This position is contracted, and hours will be flexible, with a minimum of 4 hours per week initially. As your own client base within the practice grows, your hours will increase accordingly. The ideal candidate will look to grow their hours within the practice over time.

  • Conduct individual nutrition assessments and develop personalized goals for clients

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and utilize evidence-based practices in client care

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients

  • As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to sign a non-compete agreement. This agreement will restrict the employee from starting a competing business for a certain period of time after leaving our company. The specific terms of the non-compete agreement will be provided to the candidate prior to signing.

    • Please do not apply if you plan on starting your own private practice in the Greater Philadelphia Area in the near-term.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD) credential

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Payment and Benefits:

This is a contract position, meaning you will be paid per hours worked, based on a pre-negotiated hourly fee that will depend on your previous work experience, availability, and training needs. As such, the successful candidate will not be eligible for any benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.

How to Apply:

To apply, please email your resume and cover letter to Claudia@hleapnutrition with the subject "JOB APPLICATION" and feel free to include any questions you may have about the position or Hleap Nutrition as a practice.
