Outpatient Dietitian — Part-Time

We’re a private practice providing evidence-based nutrition counseling to a diverse client population in Philadelphia and beyond.

(primarily in-person; telehealth available)

Role Snapshot

• Start with 5+ patient-hours/week, with opportunity to grow toward as referrals increase

• Schedule based on mutual availability and office availability

• EMR access and training will be provided; administrative support for scheduling and billing will be arranged through the practice

 

What You’ll Do

• Conduct individualized nutrition assessments and counseling

• Establish goals/care plans and document visits in our HIPAA-compliant EMR

• Schedule follow-up appointments following initial consultations

• Maintain timely, professional documentation and excellent client communication

 

What You Bring

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN/RD) and Pennsylvania LDN

• Outpatient counseling experience and comfort practicing independently*

• Strong communication skills; reliable, organized documentation habits

 

Compensation & Structure

• Compensation will reflect experience, services provided, and availability (e.g., per-appointment). Classification and terms (including pay structure) will be finalized in a written agreement consistent with applicable law

• This is a contract position, meaning you will be paid per hours worked. As such, the successful candidate will not be eligible for any benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.
