Popcorn is a great option for a healthy snack!

Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks! It often gets a bad reputation, but is an extremely satisfying snack! Corn is a whole grain, so popcorn has quite a bit of fiber and protein on its own.

I love adding nutritional yeast to my popcorn for extra protein and a cheesy taste!
