Women's Health

I was recently featured in an article written and published by the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging. I was interviewed to provide my opinion on the most important components of a healthy and balanced diet for women as they age. In my interview I discussed the value of staying hydrated, getting enough protein, and improving your relationship with food and your body. It is essential to understand food, to get a varied diet, and to ultimately enjoy your diet!
