Hleap Nutrition is officially open and now accepting new patients in New York! For the past five years, our practice has primarily operated out of Philadelphia, and we're excited to expand into New York as well. We are operating out of Forest Hills (Queens), New York and offering both in-person and virtual appointments at this time. Claudia Knight is the only dietitian from Hleap Nutrition that is licensed in New York state. If you're scheduling online, make sure to select Claudia as your provider.


We're excited about this expansion and looking forward to working with you!

If you learn best with self-study, we also offer a virtual Nutrition 101 Course! In this course, Claudia covers the major topics that she would typically review in her first 1-2 sessions with a new patient. This course is self paced, so you can work on it in your own time. It’s a great first step if you want to get started on your own and then work with Claudia once you have already learned the foundations of our approach to nutrition.
