I am a huge advocate for eating fruits and having a varied diet to get as many vitamins and minerals as you can while making your diet colorful and exciting. All fruit poses fantastic health benefits as long as it is consumed in moderation.
While I do not think there are any fruits to avoid, one type of fruit that has been heavily researched for its health benefits is blueberries. They are packed with antioxidants, minerals, and fiber - making them a great component of any diet!
