This was Hleap Nutrition's most popular recipe in 2025!
Why you'll like it:
This recipe is super easy and straight forward. If you try it and like it, it's also just as easy to double down and cook it in bulk.

Ingredients:
• Rolled oats, 1 cup
• Fairlife skim milk (extra high protein milk), 2 cups
• Egg whites, 1/2 cup (egg whites from 3-4 eggs)
• Cinnamon, 1 tbsp
• Pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp
• Unsweetened applesauce, 1 cup
• Flax powder, 8 tbsp
• Apple, 2, chopped
• Maple syrup, 4 tbsp
• Walnuts, 6 tbsp chopped
• Optional - unflavored protein powder for extra protein, I used 1/2 scoop Isopure Whey Protein Isolate
Directions:
1. Add oats, milk, applesauce, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon to a pot on medium-high heat. Consistently mix everything until all the liquid is absorbed and the oats are fully cooked (about 5-7 mins).
2. Once everything is finished cooking, vigorously mix in egg whites and continue whisking/mixing for 1 minute to fully cook and disperse the egg into the oats (vigorously mixing prevents any unwanted eggy-ness).
3. Mix in the remaining ingredients (chopped apples, nuts, flax powder, maple syrup, and optional protein powder) and enjoy!

Getting more meals for less work:
Double this recipe and freeze extra servings in 1-cup silicone molds overnight. Next day, remove servings from the mold and relocate to labelled ziplock bag and press as much air out as possible. This way you have a quick and easy breakfast ready whenever you need for the next few months! Defrost individual servings overnight in the fridge in a Tupperware and you're all set!
I've included an example below of the frozen 1 cup servings using a different recipe (link HERE for Mung Bean Curry Recipe). I wanted to show you how space-efficient and easy this is to do!
