Listen to this complication of interviews published by The Washington Post about the COVID-19 pandemic and it’s influence on behavior, health, and routines.

The pandemic impacted many peoples daily routines around meals, food prep, food influence, and exercise. Many routines were shaken up and crumbled to pieces, as the framework of the day shifted for so many people.

Some individuals experienced health benefits from these changes, while others had negative health outcomes. This is the perfect time to assess your lifestyle and determine the new routines to put into place to support your health and lifestyle. Focus on sustainable behaviors and habits that you can put into place now and sustain for there rest of your life.

I ended the video saying, “setting realistic goals is an evidence based way to see results”.

Working with a registered dietitian is an affordable (usually 100% covered by insurance - linking Insurance Page with more infromation HERE) and evidence-based way to learn how to set realistic and achievable goals.
